Also, the mortalities number of adult patients living with CHD is remarkably high.

The intelligent phonocardiography machine, Pouya-Heart, is an intelligent auscultation device. The screening accuracy of Pouya-Heart in screening congenital heart malformations, CHD, and CCHD, is practically 100%, there are neither positive nor negative errors.

Another interesting capability of the system is its discrimination power in distinguishing innocent murmurs from pathological murmurs. Pouya-Heart can be employed as a clinical device by practitioners, trained nurses, or technicians for screening children with congenital heart malformations.

The main technology of the intelligent machine is based on our intentionally patented mathematical modeling of a child's heart's sound. The mathematical model is integrated into the intelligent machine and it groups the heart sounds into two classes, normal or abnormal in real-time. The models are designed by introducing and using advanced artificial intelligence algorithms.
